Simple Coconut Macaroons (Easter Version)


Coconut Macaroons






Ingredients:

1 Bag of unsweetened shredded coconut


1 Can of sweetened condensed milk



Robin Eggs for decoration (Optional)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350


In a bowl combine the condensed milk and the coconut flakes and mix until the coconut is cover with the condensed milk



Place a tablespoon of the mixture in a non-stick pan for baking 



Bake for 8-10 Mins or until golden 



Let cool for 15 Mins before decorating
